Greater London is a ceremonial county of England that makes up the majority of the London region forms the administrative boundaries of London and is organised into 33 local government districts—the 32 London boroughs and the City of London, which is located within the region but is separate from the Greater London Authority, based in Southwark, is responsible for. Cranham is a residential area of east London, and part of the London Borough of Havering. The present-day City of London covers an area of square miles ( square km) at the heart of Greater London and is a centre of world finance. Greater London forms the core of a larger metropolitan area (with a proportionately larger population) that extends as far as 45 miles (70 km) from the centre.
